Pedagogical Conditions that Ensure
the Effectiveness of the Process Model
of Career Guidance Work With High
School Students in Pre-University Training |

The article discusses the problem of increasing the effectiveness of career guidance work with high school students in the context of preuniversity training. The necessity of moving from disparate activities to a holistic process model, continuous and integrated into the educational
process, is substantiated. Central attention is paid to the identifi cation and analysis of a set of pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness
of such a model. The theoretical provisions are supported by data from experimental work presented in tables and graphs demonstrating the
dynamics of the formation of key competencies of students.
