Musicology Annotation << Back Performing Interpretation as a Criterion for the Competence of a Future Concert Performer Stachinsky Vladimir, Rothers Tatyana This article is devoted to the problem of compliance of the competency-based approach to the education of a future concert performer with the formation of his worldview paradigm, on the basis of which he can independently make a decision about the intoning of meaning, focusing on theoretical knowledge, artistic patterns of organization of performing means and his own taste. The criterion for such formation as a result of the coordination of interdisciplinary educational programs should be a methodological model aimed at the effectiveness of the process of creating a competent, artistically signifi cant performing interpretation. And the deeper the competence in understanding the stylistic norms of a certain historical era, in form-building and musical dramaturgy, in the ability to “decipher” the composer’s text of the work being performed, the brighter his own individuality will manifest itself, the more successful his implementation in his chosen profession seems to be. It is the discreteness of thought processes in comprehending the ideas of a musical work that provides the performer with a communicative connection with the listener. His further professional activity is possible only with the acquisition of a system of values in the music-pedagogical process, subject to personal creative growth in accordance with the worldview beliefs and ideals developed during the learning process.
