Musicology Annotation << Back Formation of Russian-Language Terminology in Russian Music Theory of Late 18th — 1st Half of the 19th Century Presnyakova I.A. The article is devoted to the formation of Russian music-theoretical terminology end of 18th — 1st half of the 19th century. Based on an analysis of 150 music guides issued at the time the author reveals the general trends of development of Russian-language terminology, as well as concrete examples to demonstrate the theoretical situation.
