Agafonnikov on the Bolshoi Theater's Performances dedicated to the Great Patriotic War Miroshnichenko Svetlana This article tells about the operas dedicated to the theme of the Great Patriotic War, which were staged in the Bolshoi Theater in the second half XX century. In all these performances, an outstanding conductor took part as choirmaster I.G. Agafonnikov. The material for this work was the reviews preserved in the archive of the Bolshoi Theater as living evidence of outstanding victories and on the opera front. Opera works C are presented. Prokofi ev and K. Molchanova. The article emphasizes that throughout his life, an outstanding choirmaster was somehow connected with the army, documents and facts confi rming this are given... The full text of the poem by Agafonnikov is published for the fi rst time, written during this tour trip to Berlin, under the impression of visiting the monument to the Soviet soldier in Treptov Park.
