Musicology Annotation << Back On the Connection Between the Rules of the Composition of Sarakhbori Rost and the Pitch Structure of the Tanbur Abdurashidov Abduvali The article is devoted to the study of the connection between the canons of the construction of the Shashmaqom composition and the pitch system of the tanbur, which was the main musical instrument in performing practice. The problem of leveling the canons of the pitch system of the composition Sarakhbori Rost maqom Rost Shashmaqom system is considered. It is established that this section of the maqom Rost cycle has been performed incorrectly for many years. In this regard, examples are given from books published by masters of the art of Shashmaqom, which certify the fact of leveling the canons of the composition. The method of studying the designated problem is to clarify the connection between the pitch system of Shashmaqom and tanbur, in particular the octave scales extracted on it, which were once actively guided by masters-experts in the practice of classical musical creativity and the formation of the canonical system of Shashmaqom. It was by clarifying their connection that the construction of sections of the composition Sarakhbori Rost was established. This method of studying the basics of constructing a musical composition is used for the fi rst time. This makes important adjustments in clarifying and understanding the method of organizing the pitch levels of sections of the composition, including culminations. The scientifi c novelty of the study lies in the application of this method in revealing the stated problem. For the fi rst time in modern music science, the compositional structure of Shashmaqom is considered and defi ned in connection with the pitch system of the tanbur. The importance of the research topic is noted not only in understanding the fundamentals of the instrument's sound system, but also in constructing the compositional foundations of classical music Shashmaqom performed on it.
