Musicology Annotation << Back On the Method of Scanning the Techniques of Rhythmic Playing on the Dutar Abdurashidova Dirabo A. The paper deals with the problem of scanning the methods of rhythmic playing on the traditional Tajik and Uzbek dutar. The author believes that scientists mainly pay attention to the devices of the dutar, the method of its manufacture, the pitch system, stroke combinations and their names. However, the aspect of chanting the methods of rhythmic playing on the dutar remains unattended - unexplored. The paper attempts to solve this problem by applying the well-known method of scanning the atonin rhythmic-syllable system. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that this problem has not been studied before. The main objective of the article is to develop the theme of chanting techniques of rhythmic playing on the dutar.
