Musicology Annotation << Back Sonata "Undine" by Carl Reinecke: on the Question of Interpretation of Compositions for Flute Stachinskaya Irina V. The purpose of this article is to identify the features of the formation of the performing interpretation of the Sonata for Piano and Flute "Undine" by C. Reinecke. The tasks corresponding to this goal are: establishing the presence and relationship of the programmatic nature of a musical work with a literary source; definition of artistic resources when recreating its figurative content; fi xation of technological methods that most clearly convey the figurative characteristics of a particular musical texture. The analysis of expressive means was the thesis about their division into stable and mobile in the process of forming an interpretation. An important observation is the fact that the composer on the title page of his Sonata "Undine" determined the primacy of the piano, which, in the opinion of the author of the article, determines the performing strategy of the flutist when performing this composition. The sense of style and form, technical skills, the ability to think associatively, in general, directly affect the quality and persuasiveness of the musical concept of a concert performer.
