Musicology Annotation << Back Harp Quintet of Evgeny Golubev and its Place in Modern Ensables Sanko Anatoly K. The article is dedicated to the Harp Quintet by Evgeny Kirillovich Golubev (1910–1988) – composer, professor of the Moscow Conservatory. The composition was written in the middle of the twentieth century, in 1953 and is dedicated to the outstanding artist V.G. Dulova. Little known to a wide audience, Golubev's quintet makes a valuable contribution to the repertoire of contemporary music performers. Keywords: E. Golubev, S.М. Slonimsky, harp quintet, V.
