Polydialective specificity of language as the basis of Crimean Tatar song intonation |
Alimova Elvina S.
When familiar with any national school, attention should first be paid to its folklore origins, as they are the founders of the singing style. First of all, attention is drawn to phonetics, which in each language has its own specificity. So vowels have the property of being reduced, and some consonants in dialects of different peoples either appear extremely rarely or are pronounced with a certain character. It is believed that the polydialicity of the Crimean Tatars language has survived to the present day. Despite the mixing of adverbs, two basic dialects are identified – Turkic and borrowed (it includes features of Arabic, Persian and Greek languages). As for the technique of singing, it was largely dependent on the musical genre, the nature of the work and phonetics. The latter, taking into account language features, clashed with the methodology of teaching academic vocals. Professional singing phonation generally does not focus on the specifics of national pronunciation, but takes as a basis generally accepted norms and rules. However, it is folk performance that plays a leading role in the music of Crimean Tatar peoples, which allows it to remain bright, original and stylistically united.
