The use of traditional pianistic techniques when playing the digital keyboards
Teryaev Oleg V.

The relevance of the research and its scientific novelty are characterized by the fact that it attempts to analyze one of the most important problems associated with the use of digital keyboards in the field of academic music, namely the use of traditional pianistic techniques when playing digital keyboards. Despite the fact that these instruments already have quite serious artistic possibilities for creating music, they are little used in the field of academic music. They are mainly found in entertainment and popular music, in cinema, in theatrical music, in jazz music. This situation is due, among other things, to the fact that the system of motor performing skills for digital keyboards, which is necessary for the qualitative use of instruments in academic music, is not yet fully formed. Attempts to solve this problem at the moment can not always be considered quite successful. This is largely due to the fact that when using digital keyboards and developing methodical literature, the features of the technical device of instruments, in particular, the similarities and differences of digital keyboards and acoustic pianos, are not sufficiently taken into account. As a result, the motor skills necessary for performance are interpreted incorrectly. Often, the basic principles of traditional pianism, which is the basis of the performing art of acoustic keyboard instruments, are not taken into account, which hampers the further development of the performing art of digital keyboards at a professional level. The object of the study was the digital keyboards, their device, methodical literature related to musical performing and educational activities. The purpose of the research is to analyze the problem of the possibility of using traditional pianistic techniques in performing activities using digital keyboards in the field of academic music.
Keywords: digital keyboards, synthesizer, instrumental performance, piano, register, traditional piano technique, pianism.
