Musicology Annotation << Back Multicolored European Chromaticity Vladislav E. Devutsky Chromaticity problem is studied not only in the major-minor functional system, but also in the wider panorama of rich European musical history, from the works of XIV century and ending with dodecaphony samples of the twentieth century. It is shown that the effects of chromaticity undergo signifi cant logical, technological, fi gurative and emotional evolution, which must be taken into account analysts and all who study the language of music.
