Musicology Annotation << Back From the History of Swedish Military Music of the 17th — 18th Centuries Anna P. Nedospasova The article illustrates the history of Swedish military music of Baroque era, describes its basic tendencies, instruments, functions and activity of military musicians. The unique finding of the last years is the manuscript of Charles XII oboist Gustav Blidstroem, a source before unknown to the Russian side.
