Musicology Annotation << Back Formation of Performing Competencies of Orchestral Flutists in the Process of Mastering Professional Education Programs Deliy Pavel This article is devoted to the peculiarities of preparing fl utists for professional orchestral performance at the present stage, the main problems of this process, and possible ways to overcome them. Based on the data of scientifi c research on the subject under consideration and the results of the analysis of personal pedagogical and performing experience, the authors state the inconsistency of professional training programs for fl utists with the realities of their projected professional activity. Based on the generalization of the data, he offers a number of recommendations for improving the training of fl utists to work in an orchestra, based on general psychological and pedagogical principles, acoustic and functional features of the instrument as an orchestral voice.
