The Study of Authentic Timbre in the Musical-Academic Tradition |
Gutova Svetlana Y.
The article is devoted to a bibliographic review in the field of musicology, ethnomusicology, anthropology, psychology of domestic and foreign authors. Scientists note that the aesthetic features of musical folklore largely depend not only on the emotional and psychological attitudes formed by the ethnocultural environment, but also on the worldview of the bearer of the tradition, including his timbre-acoustic song preferences, geolocation, anthropological, historical background. However, music can serve as a repeater of the musical era of the past for modern generations and "awaken" the musical genetic
memory.
The uniqueness of the existence of the ethno-timbre sound space, based on the song traditions of the national culture and defi ning the ethno-cultural ties of the nation, is capable of both localizing the tradition and universalizing the global folklore musical atmosphere, abstracting it from the classical academic professional culture.
Keywords: authentic timbre, authentic singing, tempocentrism, folklore thinking, timbre-intonation, timbre-register singing, timbre modeling.
