Types of Communication in the Management of a Military Orchestra |
Sukhorukov Vitaly N., Fedorov Maxim V.
One of the differences between the musical activity of a military orchestra and a symphony orchestra is the formation of various types of communication in the process of managing a military orchestra. The article considers four types of communication formed in the process of managing a military orchestra: technically-nonverbal communication (gestures-commands of a military conductor and commander), artistic-nonverbal communication (general gestures that convey the conductor’s vision of the artistic image of music), technically-verbal communication (verbal commands of a military conductor to the orchestra, indicating the beginning and ending games, the beginning and the end of the orchestra movement, the announcement by the conductor of the performed repertoire), artistic and verbal communication (introductory speech of the military conductor, intended for the audience, indirectly influencing the perception of the artistic image). Different combinations of types of communication depend on the type of activity of the military orchestra.
