Musicology Annotation << Back The Repertoire Policy of a Military Conductor as a Result of the Modern Problem of Military Conducting Education Komissarov Evgeny V., Mokhort Anatoly V., Titov Mikhail V. The relevance of the topics of this scientific article, the urgent need for its creation are based and confi rmed by huge pedagogical experience, as well as the fruitful and active concert and creative activity of its authors. The main content of the article is focused on the awareness of the concept of professionalism, the psychology of the personality of the conductor, as the fundamental aspects of performing creativity. The definition of periods, conditions conducive to competent ownership of repertoire policy is also naturally included in the concept of conductor professionalism. The fundamental purpose of the scientific article is to determine the dominant role of classical musical works of Russian, Soviet and foreign composers in forming the repertoire policy of the conductor and the orchestra he heads. The main result of this article is the conductor’s awareness of the place and role of repertoire policy in the system of his professional education. The practical signifi cance of the article is the development by the conductor of a methodology for the influence of competent repertoire policy on the level of performing skills of the orchestra. It seems that the topic of the article is timely and innovative in the system of theory of conducting education. In the scientific article, the authors applied theoretical and general scientifi c methods.
