Musicology Annotation << Back Semantic Structure Circassians (Adyghes) Song for the Treatment of Smallpox «Si Dahe Dahi! Sh"Oreki Ored» (my Beauty!) Gucheva Andzhela V. The article analyzes one of the archaic samples of the song tradition of the Circassians (Adyghes) – the conspiracy song for the treatment of smallpox «Si Dahe Dahi! SH"orekI ored» (My beauty!), as well as its verbalization in the context of the magical rite of treatment of chapsh (schIapshche). The universality, formulaicity, symbolism and conditionality of the existence and sound of the song are analyzed. The meaning of musical and poetic texts is revealed only in a broad semantic sense, where the leading role is played by the ritual and ritual action and the mythological background. Songs for the treatment of smallpox appear as prototypes and ready-made formulas of antiquity, in the melody they use repetitive clichéd structural and semantic elements that act as a motivated lexeme of the musical text, they have a practical orientation, and their sound in the chapsha acquires a symbolic meaning, enhancing the magical and emotional impact on the disease. and in communion with the patron or lord of smallpox. When analyzing the poetic text of the song, we identified linguistic lexemes - a taboo appeal to the disease, the image of the image of the patron and lord of smallpox, the image and color-sound perception of the disease, etc. The structural-semantic and semantic features of the sound of exclamations in the poetic text of the song are considered.
