Musicology Annotation << Back Fyodor Druzhinin – Maria Yudina. Dialogues and monologues about performance Dolinskaya Elena B. This article provides the reader with information about the "musical novel" of prominent fi gures of Russian culture of the twentieth century. Their correspondence and a unique duet open up new materials related to the search for a performing interpretation of contemporary alto works created both in Russia and abroad. The uniqueness of the creative union of F. Druzhinin – M. Yudina is presented in their confi dential correspondence sincerely against the background of the difficult musical life of the USSR at the turn of the 1950–1960s. Of great interest are mutual literary portraits, painted emotionally subtly and touchingly, with love. An important aspect of creative communication between artists is considered: ways to expand the joint repertoire. Keywords: F. Druzhinin, M.
