Musicology Annotation << Back Redzep Allayarov – East Pupil of Alfred Schnitke Yunusova Violetta N. He already in Soviet period in practice carried out merge of features of Eastern music with western composer technicians of the 20th century, paid a tribute to several directions of modern music from vanguard to a neofolklorizm, considerably having outstripped his time. In article archive materials and audio recordings of conversations of the author with the composer are used. Article for the first time in the Russian musicology is specially devoted vital and works of the modern Turkmen composer Redzep Allayarov (1935–2018) – the only pupil on composition of Alfred Schnitke. He already in Soviet period in practice carried out merge of features of Eastern music (Turkmen, Azerbaijani) and western composer technicians of the 20th century. In the creativity he paid a tribute to several directions of modern music: from vanguard to a neofolklorizm, considerably having outstripped the time. The composer did not use, except for one case, direct citing folk music, but tried to report its depth, emotionality and sound ideals. He considered the main source of his creativity art of national singers storytellers – a bakhshy whose creativity was well known to him since the childhood. His favorite national music instrument was string dutar, taking the special place in the Turkmen culture. He showed timbres of other national instruments by an imitation method, transferring features of their sounding to instruments of symphonic orchestra. His creative heritage includes works for chorus, vocal music, and orchestral compositions. In article materials of Archive of the Moscow State Conservatory of P.I.
